Cowgirl Alisa Miller comes to Ritchey from the Croissant Red Angus Ranch out of Northern Colorado. As the first smiling you face you see when you walk through our front door, Alisa ensures every visitor experiences exceptional service. A rockstar multitasker with a passion for customer care - we're lucky to have her!

Spreading the Word

4th generation cattle rancher Sereena Thompson leads the growth marketing efforts at Ritchey. When she's not installing ear tags on her own herd, she can be found innovating on social media or at one of the many tradeshows we attend nationwide. Ask her about hunting ... she probably knows more than you ; )

The Road Warrior

Morghan Ruggles leads Ritchey's national tradeshow program. A former marketing specialist with R.A. Brown ranch, Morghan combines her passions for agriculture and Marketing to help find & educate our next, most favorite customer. If you see her at a tradeshow, challenge her to an "engrave-off" : )

Father and Son Team - Ken & Joey Wagle, lead a group of talented and dedicated individuals to manufacture the best ear tags in the world right here in the ole U.S. of A.

Michelle Banks serves as Ritchey's Controller. She keeps us balanced with a rancher first mindset. Side hustle = yak ranching; Passion = big elk hunting.

The People Whisperer

Some people say HR, we say Manager of People & Place. Donovan Alonzo is focused on finding the absolute best people to help us serve our ranchers. And once they're here, he ensures this is the best & safest place to work! An army vet and resident of Cheyenne, he's seen his fair share of rodeos.

We have been using your tags for 5 years

We have been using your tags for 5 years. We have about 250 head Beefmaster cows. They hold up well! They work perfectly with my laser engraver. Easy to read the cow numbers out in the pasture.

Long lasting tags

Long lasting tags. We are a small cow/calf operation in North Georgia. We have been using Ritchie tags since 2017. Those original tags look as good as the ones we used this year. Excellent quality.
